A compact house designed on a tight budget for a young couple buying their first home. We created a flexible kitchen dining space that could fold into a spare bedroom or unfold into a social entertaining space. Rustic finishes, a neutral pallete, with a few classical elements and large windows brought together a perfect intersection of traditional and modern.We guided the clients as to where they could focus their budget and where there were savings to be made and the result is beautiful details crafted as if money were no matter!
