PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED

Planning permission has been granted for a double-story rear extension to this charming terraced house in Surrey. After a challenging process including an existing tree protection order in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and a flood risk assessment, we successfully secured permission from Surrey County Council for a two-story rear extension. We are now working through design concepts and producing drawings for builder selection for our clients who are keen to start on site in two months’ time.
